with me and American Apparel. I feel an inherent disgust with anything shiny and/or spandex, and am NOT a huge fan of the eighties in general. And yet, their website and storefront displays entice me... whats with that? Is it just that they have such good design, marketing, and photography (!) that I love them for what they are doing deep down inside, or do I really want to wear some of these things??
The thigh high socks, at least, are a resounding yes.
